It's a gives an indication of the magnitude of their money the Chinese pulling out of China. Hence it gives a better indication of the state of the economy of China than we get in the financial news. Anything coming out of China regarding their economy is bullshit. If anybody talks even slightly negative their are forced to attend an "economic conference" which is usually held in a dark basement. Talking heads in financial news programs like CNBC are bullshit as well, they are permabulls.
