building computers as a mgtow hobby? (self.MGTOW)

not to sell them but to tinker with them. make some into gaming machines some into servers, make some run linux etc: i know its a very expensive hobby and requires alot of space for all the pc's you might put together. any ideas/thoughts?

It's a good time killer. I have my primary desktop for gaming, a junker that I plan on turning into a server, and two used Thinkpads I picked up to try different Linux distros (I now highly recommend Lubuntu for older hardware). It does get expensive, as others have stated, and you can expect most of everyone you know to ask you to help fix their computers, but you can get beer out of them if you ask.

make sure you add a budget (under $1000) each time you build a new computer.
