We call interest in objects & analyzing the physical world systemizing, and we call interest in humans or animals & mentalizing their feelings as empathy. There are more men at the extreme end of systemizing and more women at the extreme end of empathizing. Women with extremely high IQs are often still empathizers and put their brain capacity for literature and use cognitive empathy to let’s structure a drama novel or writing about social issues. Men with high IQs are often systemizers and pursue careers in engineering, technology or other things related to machinery. It doesn’t mean there aren’t extraordinary female systemizers. Just there are less. Same goes for extraordinary male empathizers. It’s also important to understand that testosterone negatively correlates with empathy. The best male empathizers would probably be enuchs or effeminate men.
