That's pretty fucked up, but what's even more fucked up is that the child's human rights status is completely up to the woman's whims.

The child isn't a person and has no human rights, so it's okay to abort it. Okay, fine, it isn't a person. Well, guess what you get charged with if you kill the mother. Double homicide. So now it is a person again.
