The question comes after reports questioning U.S. cyber security and hacking conducted by Russian officials during the election. Trump's team has said it takes hacking and election interference seriously, but that it is still not certain of the intention to rig the election in favor of Trump.
Trump spoke to reporters from Florida, where he is ringing in the new year and has been celebrating the holidays.
