1. Go to www.redicemembers.com.
2. Click into the latest program or any program from the archives.
3. The login box will drop down. Enter your correct login credentials. (Check the box: "Remember this password in my Keychain" if you don't want to enter your login credentials again when you visit the website next time.)
4. Click "Log In."

If you can not see the player as in the above screenshot, make sure you install the latest version of Adobe Flash.
Tip: If a program is more than one hour/part, use the skip forward /backward buttons in the player controls to go back or forward in the parts/hours. The player will automatically begin playing the next hour/part after the previous one has finnished.

All video files are available in mp4 (H.264/MPEG-4 AVC) format and flv (Flash Video) format

2. Chose "Download linked file as..." in the menu.

5. iTunes opens, a login box appears. Enter your login credentials and check the box "Remember Password" (if you don't want to enter it again next time you open iTunes). Click "Log in."

How to get the RSS feed URL (for use in other feed readers):
1. Go to www.redicemembers.com.
2. Click on the RSS button icon in the top menu.

3. Click and hold CTRL on your keyboard + mouse click on the feed you want to copy, for example "Red Ice Radio - Latest Programs," click "Copy link."

5. Paste the copied feed URL into your feed reader software. (Make sure your program features Basic Authentication and that you enter your login credentials in association with your feed / subscription so that you get access to the protected content.)

Known issues
Login issue
If login box doesn't appear when you've clicked into a program:
1. Open safari browser.
2. Resize / scale down the browser (not in full screen).
3. Go to www.redicemembers.com.

4. Click into the latest program (or any program in the archives).
5. The login box should appear with the browser window, but if you can not see the login box, drag the window to the side or towards the bottom of the screen. Look behind your browser to see the login box.
6. Enter your login credentials and check "Remember password" then click "Log in."
Login twice or several times:
There is a known problem with the Safari web browser and basic authentication, the authentication method we use to vaidate your login credentials. Consequently you might have to log in several times, even though you have entered the correct login credentials. If your browser keeps asking you for the login details, continue to enter the correct details until you get access to the content. We recommend that you check the "Remember Password" box everytime, to avoid entering in the login credentials next time you visit the website.
No Password Promt in iTunes? Workaround
A bug in the new iTunes software is preventing some listeners from subscribing to a password protected feed when using iTunes. If you are experiencing this problem please use the following work around:
1. Follow step 1 thru 5 above. Once at step 6, after "http://" type in your username and password, separated by a colon ":" followed by an "@"
Example: http://username:password@www.redicemembers.com/rss/rss_radio.php

2. Click OK and follow the rest of the instructions
