Get a decent job. Move to a more rural community and pay very little for your housing. Save up and purchase some property in the 'chic' area close to you. Women, the superficial beings that they are, will be lining up to rent just because the area seems slightly fashionable. They think they'll meet the right guy. Just keep taking their rent money and watching them age. Single, professional women are all fools with their money and can be very easily parted from it even though they used their fertile years to earn this money.
