Hey guys I was wondering some ways you find to entertain yourselves? I am looking to find some new things to try in the future as well as share some of my own.

  • Reading: Witcher Book Series - currently on Prequel 2, Sword of Destiny. A book about a monster hunter who is supposed to be a emotionless yet somehow becomes a mangina white knight for a whore.

  • Video Games: Titanfall 2 (Good campaign that is a shooter paired with a platformer it also has exciting multiplayer). Witcher 3.

  • Comedians: Listening to Greg Giraldo and Daniel Tosh on my commutes

  • Board Games: Risk: Lord of the Rings - pretty interesting take on a classic game that destroys friendships.

Is anyone into painting? I have been thinking of picking up an art.

Would you consider reading Warhammer 40,000 novels? It's a massive series and you really can't go wrong as long as you don't mind absurdly over-the-top space fantasy scenarios.

I actually have read some of the Warhammer Fantasy books (Brunner the bounty hunter I believe?). My bro has some of the imperial guard books so I may start with them. Thanks for the recommendation. I had a small Imperial Guard army a few years ago, it was fun to play just kind of expensive for something like that.

Yeah, the tabletop game does seem like it gets expensive. That's why I stick with the novels and the video games. I've read many and enjoyed every one of them, and you probably will too as long as you stay away from anything by C.S. Goto.

Fuck it. I want a full set of gwent cards to play with my friends. Why havent they been printed by now? Boggles my mind.

Also I would love to have a life-size Geralt of Rivia figure with real swords in my living room.

omg that game is crack in Witcher 3. When I first started playing Witcher 3, I was like great another stupid card game like Hearthstone (which I played too much, that I hate it now). Yet Gwent is actually fun. However, I don't want to play against real players online when it gets released.

This is the sort of card game which you pull out of your back pocket while getting hammered with your pals. I swear to god I would pay 100$ for the full set right now. No questions asked just take my money cdprojekt red.
