Drop that shit and any other social media and never look back. I haven't missed anything by deleting it

One of my favorite Marcus Aurelius "very little is needed for a happy life. It's all in yourself; in your way of thinking"

Facebook and twitter are places where we rely on other's posts and likes to give us a sense of being social (without being social) entertainment, and validation. As soon as you cut the cord and put that within you, you'll be one more step toward a better mind.

I've "deactivated" my fb several times. But I literally just yesterday submitted a permanent deletion request. That is an option, if you didn't know. Takes 14 days.

I simply have no need, let alone, any room for it in the life I want to build. Plain n simple. "What about friends and family?"

What about em? I have a phone. I have an email address. I have snail mail. Were these not enough in the months or years prior to my signing up for facecrook?

I'm much more at peace without it. Plus, a little rebellion just plain feels good.
