Fuck Danny Rose.

We can't just chalk full a team full of superstars and call it good. Real Madrid have shown us that. We need a balance of players that can work effectively with each other and get some stability, bringing in four to five players each year won't help.

They have a team full of superstars and have two CL titles. It works. Quite well tbh.

A midfield of modric, james, and kroos at DM is what I'm talking about, Zidane has brought some balance to the squad.

It's about creating a balance. They've blindly thrown money at any big name in the past and struggled to fit the pieces together. Now, they have "lesser known" players like Kovacic and Casemiro who do a job, and it works much better.

The landscape has changed. Teams accumulating the most talent fare well, but the really good teams accumulate the right talent, and spend whatever it takes to get there. We've been spoiled; gone are the days when a club can win a title with the likes of Darron Gibson-type players. That's a big reason why we floundered under Moyes, not that he did much to help himself.

Of their current squad who are really Galactigos? Benzema, Bale, Ronaldo, Kroos and Modric, maybe Ramos, You've got Casemiro, Carvajal, Marcelo, Navas and Pepe as the glue that makes the team work, also the likes of Isco, Vasquez etc.

For many years we have had the privilege of boasting the best manager in the world who would win us titles by getting the best out of average players.

average players.

Stopped reading there.

We have been jamming a team full of superstars for the past 3 years and we have been slowly improving.

[–]JokesAndBums 0 ポイント1 ポイント  (3子コメント)

No, we actually haven't.

None of the players we've signed in the past 3 years bar Mata, Falcao, and DM were superstars.

There are so many things fundamentally wrong with this post. Do you acknowledge the effects of breaking a transfer record and what it does to the market?

It will mean teams would be expecting us to pay more as we show we obviously have the money. I know, but if it means we dominate Europe once again, than I am for it:)

Not only that, but it will set the standard for future transfer fees and every club will need to pay more. Money isn't endless. Keep in mind that United are in debt.

Most big football team's are in debt, hell Real Madrid are 750m in debt. Let the other teams pay more, we have the funds and if it means we win 2 champions leagues in 3 years than why not?

Why do people keep mentioning this name?

He's not even linked with the club.

Some poster wouldn't shut up about him so now it's a meme.
