December 28, 2016: News broke yesterday that Tiny and TI were “divorcing” – well that’s not entirely true. Accordign to the folks at The Dirty, Tiny is getting their marriage “annulled”. Here’s what hey are reporting:
According to court records, Tiny aka Tameka Cottle filed for divorce from T.I. – real name Clifford Harris – in Georgia Court on December 7th.
Based on the docket, it appears Tiny is not only seeking a divorce from the rapper but wants the entire marriage annulled.
T.I. has yet to respond to the divorce in court.
T.I. and Tiny have been together since 2001 and were married in 2010 during a Miami Beach ceremony. They share 3 children together with Tiny giving birth to their most recent daughter Heiress in March.
Why would she get the marriage ANULLED instead of divorce? Well we’re sure that Tiny has her reasons.
But whatever Tiny’s reasons, there are MASSIVE benefits to her if the judge grants it. TiI is currently facing a number of lawsuits, and owes money to the IRS.
