I'm getting rid of my '83 Oldsmobile Firenza Wagon to make some space for my other hobbies. The car is in surprisingly nice condition! It has only 94,000 original miles. And it has the 4 speed stick. That actually makes this a very rare car. It may be worth preserving in my opinion. You could buy it and use it as a DD or buy it and give it some TLC and have yourself a really cute little classic wagon! It starts great, shifts great, and has the classic 80's GM driving style. Endless play in the skinny plastic steering wheel and crazy body roll make for a good flashback to classic 80's motoring every time you get in. That's kinda why I bought it.

It's super practical, and these cars are really reliable. I know you're thinking "but it's 80's GM c'mon man," but these are really simple cars and they really do just keep going until the body falls apart around it. It feels much bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. Seats are insanely comfortable. The heater works great. There isn't much wrong with it at all! Here's some pros and cons.

Pro:
It comes with a big box of assorted 80's GM parts. And a Valve Cover Gasket that I haven't had time to install.
It's actually pretty fun to drive
It only has 94,000 miles
Practical
Motor and drivetrain are virtually bullet proof. And when it does need work, it's super cheap and easy work.
It's a 4 speed! These little Oldsmobile wagons never really caught on with Americans in the 80's, let alone with manuals. These cars are very close to being in double digit numbers in the US now, so they're actually very rare.

Cons:
It has a small oil leak. I diagnosed it as a Valve Cover gasket, and I have the part with the car. I've just been feeding it oil, but eventually that'all get annoying.
I would also put on a new oil cap.
And of course there is some rust around the bottom of the doors. But nothing terminal! So if you wanted to preserve this blue stallion, you've got yourself a good example right here!

I'm definitely willing to negotiate. Personally I think this car is still worth $1,000 because there are very very few of these left, but I will entertain other offers and trades.
