On the front page of ETS is a post calling the man overwhelmingly rejected in the election "president-elect" as part of a trivial criticism of his failure to hold a press conference. At first it wasn't clear if it was deliberate trolling, but the fact that a comment reminding people that he lost by three million votes ended up with 20 net downvotes within an hour made that abundantly clear in short order.
People don't go around carrying rhetorical water for their enemies and shoving falsehoods in their favor up the asses of fellow opponents. During WW2, there was no "but" following the statement "I oppose fascism" except among fascists in countries at war with it.
America today is at war with fascism again, but now under much more dire circumstances as it is poised to seize control of our federal government despite the outcome of an election. And the fascists are acutely aware of the precarious position they are in. They spam legitimizing lies in opposition subs to pretend that the Russian puppet has any right to hold power in this country, and that his power will have any authority whatsoever.
They are desperate to spread this lie. Desperate to the point that they will act with blatant obviousness to promote the most unhinged, insane claim claim you can imagine - that someone who lost by millions of votes is "elected" by virtue of a procedural technicality. They SPAM this claim while insisting they are opponents.
They react with desperate fury to any challenge of the claim, again while still insisting they are opponents. That's not the behavior of opponents. It's a ridiculous Trazi joke, and it should not be tolerated on this or any other opposition sub.
Not elected, not President-elect, not President, not our government.
And anyone who says otherwise is just on the other side.
