I agree.

I see Pogba and Herrera as the two leaders of United moving forward, however I feel that Pogba's status at the club and youth will be likely to see him take the armband next, with Ander second in command.

Herrera would also be a fantastic choice though.

Left field thought and still very early days but what about the new and improved Phil Jones?! Terry was 24 when José first went to Chelsea and transformed him into a great captain (scum bag indeed, but a good captain). Jones is the same age has some similar attributes (lack of goals and potential fitness aside) and Fergie always had him pegged as a potential long term Utd player.
