Like, I understand where the hatred for TRP comes from. There are some crazies there.

I get it. I really do. But what about for casual sex? TRP seems to work pretty well for casual, bar hookups.

Is TBP generally against casual sex, and "plate spinning"?

The reason I ask is because of all the posts and comments I have seen on here disuading people from reading TRP, calling it a completely delusional cult.

Now, is that being honest? Is TRP really delusional when it comes to getting easy, casual sex? Don't you guys agree that it at least works for that, or do you just not care because you are sex negative?

Generally curious. Merry christmas.

There is a difference between healthy, consensual sex and creepy, manipulative sex. I don't think anyone here has a problem with the former. But TRP loves to push the boundaries of what consent is and use borderline rapey tactics. That's the kind of shit that is not ok.

I'd say its pretty pro sex here, but I think most have an issue with drawing the line with last minute resistance. Its a touchy subject (pun intended).

Generally, there are less bitter resources to learn how to have a solid sex life from. If you can follow TRP without becoming a negative nancy, fine. Nobody cares if you are having casual sex as long as its consensual.

I'd say following TRP for that is a slippery slope though, and you could easily learn it from somewhere less harsh, but to each their own I posit.
