I trust Jose to win, but i have huge doubts if he can win trophies in the "Man United" way. Sure his teams have had excellent goal scoring seasons in the past, but the Man united way is not just about goalscoring, it is also about the way in which those goals are score. His Madrid team were frightening, but on the counterattack. His chelsea team were dominant in the 1st half of his recent title winning season until they lost to tottenham and he reverted to his comfortable habitat of maintaining defensive solidity and eking out wins(Chelsea limped to the title in 14-15 in the 2nd half of the season as compared to their swashbuckling 1st half)

My point is, is it fair to make Jose go out of his comfort zone as well as ask for results and trophies? He has pointed this out frustratingly in many interview ("When i win 1-0, u question my style, when i play good, u question the result"). In the recent sky interview, he says "chelsea defend a lot, they bring in defensive players in the last 20 mins, they dont care what people think, they just want to win". Is that a message to the United board and fans or am i reading too much? Is he saying let me win my way? Will the supporters be happy if he wins his way and not the united way. Because for sure, the united way is not his way and its not a habitat he will go to when things start becoming difficult in a season. He will always go back to his own ideas.
