I mean, Think about old westerns or old movies or tv shows from the 40's or 50's, the man in the family was always depicted like the guy who knows whats up. and the woman is his shadow, but she was not unhappy, she liked that, because for her - he was the ideal depiction of what a man should be.

Not some pussy that fears to hurt her feelings or lead, But a strong confident man who always knew what had to be done and do it, And if that means that she had to shut the hell up to let him think, Then that was understandable for both men and women alike ("Quite woman!" Everybody in the drive-by cinema laughs in their cars Remember that ? Ask your parents, They do)

Women enjoyed, and were attracted to, The strong confident individual. Remember those westerns where even the most bad ass bank robber who is missing a fucking eye, usually has a picture in his sleeve pocket of that perfect innocent sweet angel of a woman which is usually his wife ? Why do these manly individualistic bad boys always appear to have a such a sensitive, Kind and usually very young wives ? Society is teaching us that we should NOT be like that, because any "serious girl" that is done with her "fooling around" will NEVER be with a guy like that, oh no, the ultimate goal for any woman is that perfect nice guy who will always be there for her. They would never in a million years be with "another guy like that".

And yet all the guys that are like that always die for a girl that is exactly like that in any depiction of western entertainment ever made in the past 50 years.

I think it ended at around the hippy era, Where women began to be depicted as the stable stone in the house and the man is usually some clueless idiot which cannot perform the most basic of things without the help of his forever loving dear wife. It got worse in the 80's and the 90's, Where women are the sole source of wisdom for any serious decision and everybody knows it. How the hero of today is always in touch with his feminine side (Or his not but we can see his progression) And will probably die for some bitch he meat a week ago that he slowly but surly fell in love with, because that's what heroes do right ? Love is the ultimate answer to everything now and the ultimate goal regardless of who dies in the process of the hero's realization of this, usually with a very hot young chick which so happens to admire him secretly but doesn't crack until he either announces his Love for her while he's dying from a gunshot (aimed for her) or until the credits roll and they kiss over a fucking sunset.

Young men grow up on media, let me tell you, 14 year old men were born with a smartphone, They think they know what a man should be based on these depictions of what the ultimate man is, Virtually everywhere they look they see the same depiction of "That sensitive man", Which they should aspire to become. And that form of sensitive man ideal has gone through so many deceptions over the years that it has started to go fucking back in time into an era where we now secretly consider every overly tattooed, Fully bearded guy as actually being very sensitive and into animals and is probably vegan and rides a bicycle.
It has come to a point where it's now satire as we joke about hipsters. Maybe it has come a full fucking circle over the course of 50 years of manipulation, Who knows.

The young women ? They simply learn what is considered acceptable behavior from the ultimate man, And where to buy those fucking shoes to attract him. And this is how we got to today and I fear it only gets worse.

OK tin foil hats on: While I assume most of you are aware of this, I was thinking about if this is coincidental or perhaps someone or someones set the wheels in motion some 50 years ago. In a metaphorical way of speaking that is. I think this was not coincidental. If indeed this was orchestrated, Then this is some very long term wishful thinking wouldn't you say ? Business men usually don't operate long term unless the game is somehow rigged in their favor. If this change was made, someone somewhere had to be pretty fucking sure they are correct before they invest so much resources to maintain a filter over the entertainment industry for many years to come.

I assume even in the 40's powerful men had access to information, Why not assume that out of all those geniuses that lived back then, Einstein ... Tesla, You name it (You can even go further back, Which I assume goes WAY back) ...Out of all these smart and usually unmarried lonely men, None focused his studies on ancient forms of MGTOW in some it's forms or ideals ? I think someone just had to, and I think reality today is the result of developments made in this... field, by someone who applied it to his financial benefit.
