Seltzer is good. It's totally unsweetened, it gets its flavor from scented CO2 bubbles.

The only drinks I consume are black coffee, water and the occasional tea. Polar Seltzer is really good too.

Every once in a blue moon I will indulge in a can of ginger ale.

I lost 130lbs myself. I too was 300lbs.

Pays off in the end.

Get used to water; it should be your main source of hydration. I have been told recently that distilled water is actually what we should be drinking, so you may want to look into that. http://aquariusthewaterbearer.com/ (I was shown this by a fellow vegan MGTOW, u/221522 )

Get a vitamix blender: mix 1 beet, cilantro, turmeric, ginger, tomato, spinach, chocolate sun warrior protein powder, carrots and fill to the top with cold water. Drink that throughout the day instead of snacking and lunches.

Water is fine... Make it a daily thing. Water first thing in the morning. Water through out the day and before meals. After a few days it will become second nature and most natural thing to consume.

Then you can drink one can of soda or juice as a treat once a week tops.

You reduce calories by using water versus anything else you drink
