Question about United's debt situation? (self.reddevils)

So I googled United's debt and it's 330m pounds. My question is United keeps spending on players, 100m each year. How is United handling it's debt situation? Obviously they would want it be 0. Please explain and sorry if someone already asked this.

They want to keep the debt at a comfortable rate.

Its something to do with how much you get taxed when you have debt, you end up paying less. United is ran by some pretty serious business guys.
