Hey all,

As you may or may not know, when it comes to a highly sought after online release of something, whether it be concert tickets, sneaker, or golf balls, programmers like myself have been able to successfully corner the market by buying in bulk using what's called a "bot".

This all said, if anyone is looking to buy K-sigs at reseller price (45 dollars), feel free to PM me. It appears I will be making a couple grand in profit selling these babies from less than an hour of code work.

The value in this ball is not its quality over other balls, it's the comparable quality at an outstanding price. I can get ProV1s for $40-$45 so why would I pay the jerk who is scalping to jam the everyday consumer a penny?

Ehhh I dunno. Not sure linking it without being able to 100% confirm that the ebay'er is really u/sdhausersolar is really a good idea. This could just be a random seller.

Also, I'm skeptical that he / she was able to get a bot or "bot" to purchase 100 boxes of ksigs when costco's website had problems dealing with the increased amount of traffic to their site. There's reports of people trying to check out and having to wait 30 min for the order to process only to have balls go out of stock.

Bot, "bot", other-than-a-bot, not-a-bot, and bots-on-bots-on-bots would still have problems purchasing this amount with the bottle neck. Wasn't there also a restriction on the amount you could order as well?

I feel sorry for you man. The fact that you see nothing wrong with this alarms me. I tried to get them and failed because it is a great buy for the price. You are just trying to make a quick buck and taking advantage of people. You see it as an opportunity, we here see it as someone who played the system and caused people to get shafted.

You can keep your golf balls for all I care. The way you are exploiting the situation is unethical. So enjoy your money and your cool programmer friends. I'll continue to look up to my dad who is a programmer but does the right thing and won't use his skills for questionably legal financial gain.
