      Yes it actually does work, but only with laser printers/toner. Ink jet printers will just result in a mess.

            Packing tape image transfers is my art specialty. It does work with laser printed images only. No inkjet. Soak in hot water for better results.

                I'd say probably not, and if it did it would be temporary. It's just printer ink, so I doubt it would stay on glass permanently.

                No, because glue is on the tape, not on the ink.

                But you can try other method if you want to transfer a print on something (I'm not sure if it'd work with glass though):

                • Print on paper with laser printer
                • Place it on the glass and heat the paper with iron

                The toner should melt and stick to the glass, after that rub off the paper and say if it's worked or not.
