The terrible inside jokes, the over sensitivity, the memes, there all almost a sense that this sub feels that its ok because you only do it 'ironically' you are just 'le circlejerking'. It's pretty common for these types to believe that you are just really smart people who come here to act stupid. In reality this is a sub of idiots pretending to be geniuses pretending to be idiots. The jokes are rarely funny, the comments are never intelligent. Most of the times people just refer to opinions they don't like as 'shitty' or 'terrible'. Any real discussion on here exposes this sub for what it is, a pseudo-intellectual safe space. Instead of making your case on ukpol, you can just post it on here and have others validate you without ever having to engage in a debate. Never having to engage in conflict just bring the conflict to those that agree with you and jerk each other off over it.
