Good night sweet gains...... those joocy gains aint loyal brah.

Proportion and symmetry are also very important. It's amazing at the difference even having a leaner face does...

'I have good genetics'
'I am below average height and need to take steroids'
Dude at least make the bragging add up!

Surprisingly I have managed to keep most of the gains I made. Managing my estrogen levels on cycle was a huge chore. I was pretty lethargic on cycle.

I rushed into steroids because I was taking T3 for medical reasons, wasn't seeing any progress and didn't realize that the T3 was eating up my muscles. Decided to go to the dark side for some joocy gains.

Proportion and symmetry as you said, are very important. Bone density is pretty important as well. Genetics in general are very important.

Frank Zane had 6.5 inch wrists and 8 inch ankles but he had one of the most proportional and aesthetic physiques of all time, because as you stated he was very, very proportional.

I can respect modern IFBB pros but I think that slin/HGH guts look disgusting, I think the golden age of bodybuilding was the late 60s-80s. My goal is to maximize my aesthetics and minimize my body fat levels, I want to bulk but don't want the disgusting distended abdomens or palumboism.

For now im going to focus on developing a more consistent lifting and bulking routine and trying to reach my limits naturally before ever touching the sauce again.

Can testify to the lean face. Its amazing how much more masculine and individual looks when they get rid of baby face/ baby fat.

Also another little discussed side effect of steroids is the nuerotoxicity. Be careful with certain SERMS as well (Clomid/Nolvadex) as they have also been shown to have nuerotoxic effects.

It's not a surprise. Intelligent people know that women are a lot shallower than men.

As an athlete, i can advise all MGTOWs to ignore this post,

Yes, not everyone will get gain they want, most wont even be "ok" with it.

Sometimes its genetics, 90% of the time its diet.

But taking hormones? Doctors? When shit hits the fan, doctor will only tell you there is nothing he can do at this point.
