Ive been working out for about two years now, recently transferred to a more upscale part of town.
First day on the job literally 6 beautiful women are flirting with me. Two of them were twice as tall as me, what the fuck?
Before when I wore glasses and was a skinny fat that never lifted I rarely got any attention. The value I placed on women was way too high. Tried asking a coworker out , got told I wasn't her "type". 5 minutes later see her giving a phone number to a big black dude, and from then it just clicked. That was the catalyst to me deciding that I needed to start weightlifting and improving my self.
Post steroid cycle, and with contacts, literally nothing else about me has changed.
Off the top off my head 6 hot women flirted with me today, I wish I could say I have an inflated ego but I don't. By flirting, im saying they appeared nervous, smiled, maintained eye contact with me and attempted to engage in light conversation, with flirty tonalities and body language. Ive mostly focused on forearm, bicep and shoulder chest development. My biceps are about 14 inches right now and my body fat % is about 13%. Can't recommend a steroid cycle in all seriousness unless its via doctor supervision with stringent blood testing ( I self dosed). Planning on staying natty from now on and trying to maximize my testosterone levels naturally via a healthy diet, lots of sunlight and sufficient vitamin d, saturated fat and zinc intake.
Its pretty amazing how different people treat someone based off of the way they look. I truly feel pity for mens with bad genetics, low height, or feminine/neonatal features. They are playing life on hard mode from the day they are conceived.
Conversely men with good genetics literally are playing life on ezmode regardless of social standing. Personality is a lie - Humans literally ascribe personality traits to people based on the way they look.
If you've ever wondered if you are attractive it is very simple. Do women approach you first in clubs or social settings (and you aren't Bill gates or some rich looking old business guy mofo?)
If yes , you are attractive.
Also, as far as bodybuilding goes, facial aesthetics and bone structure are very, very important. If you have child bearing hips and and ugly face, bodybuilding will do little to nothing to enhance your attractiveness.
Definitely was a great motivator though, going to focus even more on lifting, staying healthy and educating myself. The real goal for me is improving my own value, not focusing on a singular unicorn.
He who holds the options in a relationship holds all the power. Get married or cohabitate, you just lost all your power. Conversely, be a high value male and you will be the one with options - provided you avoid commitment.
Literally nothing else changed but my body composition and body language and yet people treat me completely differently then two years ago. Its definitely an eye opener.
Also, this bears mentioning, what you put into your body ends up defining you. I avoid and rarely, rarely ever drink alcohol, don't smoke and never do recreational drugs, I think it is a crutch for people to avoid their problems and a crutch for socially awkward people who should instead be working on developing self confidence and communication skills. I try to only eat food I prepare myself and avoid processed junk.
That whole "Just lift and be confident bro" schtick works, but only if you are at least 5'8-5'9++ and have decent facial aesthetics and body composition. Definitely won't work for some Fedora wearing neckbeard with cystic acne, unkempt facial hair and a potbelly.
