I think the most important aspect is working hard and we'll give you the support you need. You don't need to love the club as much as others or embrace the culture but if players show they're willing to stand up for the cause then you're liked more.

I'm just going to use Di Maria and Tevez as examples, one of them didn't have the fight to make it at United and always had his eyes destined on another club, the other was a greedy shit (who in all honesty deserved to be given a contract and start more than he did) but worked tremendously hard when he was on that pitch and the fans at the time loved him.

Humbleness is greater than cockiness and skill.

I don't see how you can state that, and then mention Cantona in the next sentence. Confidence and skill often go hand in hand. Accordingly, there's always been an air of confidence around United. Cantona. Keane. Ronaldo. Sir Alex.

Just remember - it's not arrogance if you're right.
