"Not something like "corporate job and work sucks, you are working for someome else, bla bla"

"Im athlete but since i decided to not turn pro yet"

Why whats holding you back? Do it, if you could become a pro Im assuming you've been doing your sport for years on end and as such have a great passion for it. Why work some M-F 8-5 job inside when you can be getting paid to play sports, to travel, make dam good money, and to meet a bunch of interesting people?

"Many of you are 25 - 50 so i think you can give some realistic info."

The only advice we can give you, YOU need to figure out what it is you want from life and to get out there and fucking get it. Everyone wants different things, do you want the big house fancy new car all the shiny toys? Do you want to live modestly and travel the world every chance you get? Only you can figure out what you want from life.

I work a job I hate. I set aside my dreams and hopes because I thought money was the answer, money is not the answer. While money makes happiness a little easier to come by it doesnt buy happiness outright.

My biggest piece of advice to you is, dont make the mistake I made, dont wake up in a few years and say what the fuck have I done? Although Im getting back on track and chasing my dreams and hopes, I lost years of my life working a job I hate and I was miserable. Find something you enjoy, find something you are passionate about and find a way to make money doing it and you'll never work a day in your life.

First, your answer is very much welcome and the type i hope that will appear.

Well i have a problem that is holding me back, or problems but I will follow my road turning pro anyway. Im also in shitty country leaving for developed and organised one. I will have to study, train and work.

I want luxury life, not multimilionare one but to live on my own, without much attention and everyday must be fun because life itself is suffer. Thats the only way I can and accept.

Allan Watts said something similar to what you wrote, "waking up at 40 and being robbed of your potential and life". Im very well aware of that and im pretty much whole my life autonomous, thats why my relationship with father is always fight. I am also ideologist so corporate job is worst option for me.

But reality is that I am atm in shit of the country, with extreme potential and almost MUST future of corporate job atleast 2 - 6 years till my mid, late twenties.

Also, turning pro and getting only sponsors, not even prize money or contracts would made my life society free. But I cant just be 100% sure that will happen, I am quiet and focused for greatness, but reality atm is better life in better country.

I know, confusing and complex but so is life.
