Can someone explain me whats up with with raping in western countries?

Here in Europe when it happens, police beat the guy and he gets 5 - 10 years and then they beat him in prison.

On MGTOW subs no one is raped and everybody rape and all females like "rape" to get money. This whole planet is raped by humans, yet it still doesnt turn on volcanos.
