I am 18 and my goal is to bench 300 before i hit 19, currently i can do 242 (110kg), i used to be terrible at benching but after doing the "weight increasing technique" i saw some good results, I also have a mini goal to do around 150-200 push ups daily, but it strains a lot on your chest, but my hands have gotten quite pumped from that, (i have really small fingers but my palms are huge some how, thank nature for that)
I found gymming a good way to piss off women, I frequently post pictures of myself flexing and idea of them not getting any of this makes me pretty damn happy.
I don't know whether I can push out 300 at 18 to be honest though, my max of 110 was 2 weeks ago and It was somehow of a miracle, I need to bulk and get fat whilst lifting weights to make it possible, I have 4 months and 9 days before my goal is overdue.
