She's said she tries to "live easy", trying to not get stressed out by the little things in life. She has also stated she's never bought in to "fad diets" and doesn't avoid fat, so much as sugar.

I used to have a sizeable crush on her, and whenever I was sick, as a measure to make sure I wasn't faking to miss school, I had to watch whatever my mom watched (usually HGTV, but sometimes the Hollywood channels... shudder).
