4-3-3, I don't see Mourinho using anything outside of a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 at this point (although I feel a different formation could maximize our players better), so I'll take the latter.

Fullbacks: Valencia and Shaw (if Shaw ever gets back in form)

CB Pairing: Bailly and Blind (I just really think this is a great pairing, you get the physical power and tenacity of Bailly combined with the ball playing technique and finesse of Blind)

Midfield 3: Pogba LCM, Herrera RCM and Carrick CDM. Best midfield 3 we can have with this squad. Carrick playing the deep lying playmaker role spraying passes and cleaning up defensively. Herrera as the energy guy and workhorse and Pogba in the free, creative role similar to what Lampard did in Mourinho's first stint at Chelsea.

Wingers: Anthony Martial and Henrikh Mkhitaryan. Jose has always had this kind of pairing on the wings in his teams. One who plays like more of a wide forward, with a mentality to cut in and score goals (Martial), similar to Robben and Hazard in his stints at Chelsea. The other more of a well rounded, hard working, playmaking winger (Mkhitaryan) similar to Damien Duff and Willian.

Striker: Zlatan Ibrahimovic. For now he's the best option, that's why we signed him. Rashford shouldn't be shunted out on the wing. Use him as a super sub to come on when the defense is tired and use his pace and goal scoring prowess to score later on in games.
