Depends on the mat. If that's a dense one with a rubber bottom, it will, in fact, hit pretty hard. You just gotta roll it up tight.

I know I got banned from towel fights as a kid because I rolled up a beach towel to use. You can knock a guy on his ass with a rolled up towel. I wasn't whipping the others with mine. I was clobbering them.

Thank you do not believe stuff people say about me if it is stuff like that I do not attack people and I am not a violent person I am a peaceful person and I try to be a nice person and I have to lose more weight still but I am trying and besides that I am a normal size person I am not a small creature and I have never attacked someone sometimes I have been mean to people but I apologized and I have never hit anyone with my hands or my bathmat or anything else and I would not do something like that I am a peaceful person
