How old are you if you don't mind me asking? I feel like we're going through a similar phase in life - turning 30 hit me harder than I thought it would, I thought I'd brush it off as just a number but it's got me thinking about all the things I haven't done with my life and I don't even know where to start.

As for the hypochondria - YES! That was my favourite too, since the age of 19 then it disappeared for my mid-late 20's and has now reappeared since I've noticed the glow around streetlights and I've managed to link that back. That list of issues - yep, this year I've been through all of those obsessing about small changes - it's SO tiring and so hard to move on from, and I think it's knocked me into depression in the process. I feel like I'm on the way out of that and getting my drive back though which is good, but these (potentially imaginary) eye issues are pulling me back again.

There are a few books I've been reading that I've found helped me - particularly 10% Happier and oddly, the movie The Wolf of Wall Street helped me with confidence issues which seemed to be linked to my lack of drive. I know that sounds bizarre and unlikely what worked for me would prescribe well for someone else, but I guess my point is like everything else you've overcome, you'll overcome this too and move on. It sucks and it's tiring to be in the middle of it right now, but it'll come - and like it appeared in the form of a movie for me, it'll probably hit you out of the blue from an unlikely source.
