A lot of you (me included) will find ourselves being alone in peaceful solitude.
All well and good but everything in balance.
We may not have the opportunity for talking out loud with friends and are limited to typing on online forums. Mainly for our safety cause freedom of speech doesn't exist (oh I can't believe I'm typing this in a "democratic" society).
Queue in self-talk. It's as simple as talking to yourself. No no, you're not crazy, we all have a narrative voice and letting it out is as healthy as socializing with people. It allows the release of ideas, emotions, helps with focusing on tasks etc etc etc.
The other nice benefit, is you don't have judgement and can self reflect.
