Whenever I feel down during the day, I always try to remember what MGTOW is. When I realize that there is nobody and nothing that I need to impress, I instantly feel calm and better again.

MGTOW is freedom in every sense of the word, and only that. I think it's unfortunate when people project other meaning into it. The name itself is enough to define it: Men Going Their Own Way.

The spiritual harmony you receive from MGTOW is completely unmatched, because nobody can give it to you. I suppose it's the flip side to physical fitness; spiritual fitness.

I felt anxious this morning, but on my way to work, I thought about this and now I feel great.
