Because they're not using the same definition of censorship we're used to. I know that sounds like a silly answer but it's honestly basically what it is.

To you or I censorship is a government cracking down on any criticism of it's policies or something similar, whereas to an average t_d user censorship is more along the lines of someone saying words like nigger or faggot aren't very cool. They're more or less totally fine with legitimate censorship so long as it's enacted by a power structure they don't want to criticize anyways, but they're happy enough to use the term as a dogwhistle to get people mad about SJWs or whatever.
