It's a cycle, the same as one I get after a binge of unhealthy foods or alcohol. Go monk mode, enjoy the aloofness, feel something is amiss, then give-in to the urge, wake up seeing her face and realize the (grave, sometimes) mistake done and then try to get out of the situation ASAP.
The days i workout, i am in better control of my sexual urges though i can't reason out why. Maybe a placebo too, but as long as it works..
There's infinite varieties of porn and techniques to masturbation, works for some. But with time i find it too mundane/ritualistic.
Are there any other ideas? Because the culprit is the animal instincts overcoming/ignoring the warning sirens from the brain.
