What do you guys think about r/soccer? I assumed it was a place for good footballing discussion but the anti-United bias is ridiculous.

Man up mate. You only notice more anti United because you pay more attention to the United stuff. How often are you sifting through a West Brom Post Match thread? Probably not that much. And anyway, who hates West Brom? Almost no one coz they haven't achieved much.

You support a team that has caused jealousy for 25 years straight. The hate will be strong. Deal with it. It's just words on a website/app. Don't read them. Or go hide in a safe space.

They hate us coz they ain't us. And how lucky they are at the moment coz we're shite!

Full of twats. Say anything good about United you'll be downvoted, say anything bad about United get up voted. Lots of United fans on there pining for upvotes as well which is worse. I still post on there but don't expect discussion or your posts to be taking kindly.

There's no point in getting wound up by what you read on /r/soccer.

The majority of the people posting on there are just happy we're not good anymore. They've watched us dominate for decades whilst they've had to struggle through their teams doing nothing (Arsenal, Spurs, Liverpool (well except for the CL of course)) and now they're getting their fill.

On top of that for a lot of football fans we're the hated team of England (e.g. for Wrexham, Sheffield United, Bolton etc) because they will all have known that one guy from school who supports United because they're good and rubs it in their faces.

Also we've spent a lot of money over a few years and unlike City are coming from previous expectations so there will be no patience during this period and finally we have Mourinho as our manager which removes any remaining goodwill towards us.

I only sub there to see the highlight videos that get posted. The discussion is garbage.

We do get a lot of shit there. But I enjoy a lot of the discussions. By now I'm used to the anti-united bias (Live in Leeds)

It's mostly pretty fair.

People on here thinks it's anti United because of their own insane biases, where the reality is they are the ultra impartial ones

Discussion on there is impossible though because it's all highlight videos and it's too busy
