Just today a really strange thought came to my head. Why is it that feminists like Gloria Steinem say "a woman needs a man like a fish needs a bicycle" but feminists like Emma Watson say that they need help from men that gender equality is our issue too blah blah blah?
If I have a theory it's this, women thought they could do whatever a man could do. Oops no they couldn't do it. Now they want us to help them and then give them the credit(women are strong, independent, intelligent blah blah blah).
Plus why do some women get hero status as soon as they do something hundreds of men have done before. Like a feat of strength, or holding a position in a company or winning some academic prize. Doesn't anyone think that it might not be coz women were"oppressed" but because women simply are not as capable/don't work as hard as men?
