I don't know if you guys know this, but sleeping without a pillow increases your testosterone levels.
It basically has to do with body realising that because of the noticeable lack of a soft, comfortable pillow, you have entered a dangerous environment (like a cave or something) and so will need to be able to have higher test levels in order for you to safely navigate whatever new, dangerous environment you have entered.
So try it out brahs. I can confirm I have been sleeping with no pillows for about a year now, and I have never had so much energy! Women look at me more often (probably smelling my almost scentless masculine musk), sex with my long-time girlfriend is better than ever, and I can spend longer in the gym. I have managed to get down to 8% body fat, and have visible intercostals.
