The Island is available as a PDF or a full-color hardcover volume of 112 pages and, in addition, you can have a 24" x 36" Full Color Map and a Full Color Master Screen, with an innovative system of Initiative management.
It is an epic adventure that can engage groups of players for countless sessions and make them grow from level 1 to 10. It is a whole new island of adventure, mystery, exploration, struggle for survival but also political intrigue and dark plots that can unfold and develop further in the, already planned, sequels. You can immediately start to play with the pre-generated characters or use your own, even if they are not novice ones! The Duke may call it Prosperity Island today but, for the inhabitants, it is still old Moaning Voices and it "welcomes" people of all kind and powers!
Island of Moaning Voices is a 112 pages sandbox adventure for characters of level 1-10 (or more, in the sequels, if we reach certain PLEDGE GOALS) with rich graphics and original contents, set in an exotic and mysterious island. It's an OLD SCHOOL flavored setting but in line with the simplicity and flexibility of the 5th EDITION game. In the adventure module, presented both in the inexpensive PDF version and in the elegant hardcover volume, there will be many NEW MONSTERS, CREATURES, SPELLS and MAGIC ITEMS! Moreover, NEW RULES for terrestrial exploration will let the players to use the strategic hexagonal map to discover this fascinating setting. A part for the fantastic locations, there is a surprising story and many plot twists! Island of Moaning Voices represents the frontier for the inhabitants of the rich seafaring Duchy of Belqualam, an only partially explored frontier, definitely wild and fraught with dangers. Furthermore, there is the recent discovery of a precious arcane metal whose properties are still not completely understood. The metal, called “Prosperium” to bring good luck to the beginning community, makes the Island a strategic center for the economy of the Duchy and its military supremacy over the neighboring Kingdom of Halethia.
However, the exploitation and colonization of the Island have been particularly difficult. In an effort to clean up the island from the many hostile presences, the Duke thought of gathering there a large number of Adventurers. He has been very successful in this endeavor thanks to a gimmick: since a few years ago, in fact, he organizes the FRAG FEST on the island. It is a month long festival whose main attraction is THE GREAT HUNT, a series of organized events and competitions designed to decimate the population of hostile creatures of Moaning Voices.

Island of Moaning Voices is a book that belongs in every Fantasy RPG fan's library!!! It's 112 pages of fun and joy to behold and, if we reach some targets, other books will follow! In addition, you receive the PDF adventure, HD PDF Map, prospective stretch goal PDFs and your name in the Credits! You will receive the PDFs as soon as we have them, before the printed material. In addition to the previous goodies we give to you a wonderful 3- panel folding Dungeon Master Screen (about 8.5'' high and 3 x 11'' wide) realized by one of our gifted artists! It is printed, in full color, with a creative portrayal of the arrival to the Island of Moaning Voices. On the back of the screen, the DM will find many useful details, encounter tables and rules of Moaning Voices! There are two versions to choose from, see the details in the Addons section. Level 6 - Jack of All Trades

Tier 1: At 14.500 €: we will add new pictures and variety in our project. New full page, half page and smaller illustrations will grace the adventure.
We planned several other Stretch Goals to expand the Island: new side quests, NPCs, Creatures and locations for a bigger and more detailed book. In addition, after a few goals, we will produce new Chapters of the story and the books too! Details coming soon.
Who are we?
We of the EPiK team are, first and foremost, friends, RPG players and DMs! We played many different games over the years and, among others, the several editions of the most beautiful game in the world. Today we run several 5th Edition campaigns and we write a blog about many RPG topics: our campaigns, reviews, Kickstarter projects, adaptations and conversions of old ideas and completely new ones! Our most recent work is "The Tomb", a completely original 5th Edition adventure, that you can find for free in our blog.
Several artists collaborate with us:
Domenico Neziti (Nezart): Nezart is an artist with more than 20 years of professional experience and he is well known in the gaming industry, since he worked as illustrator, colorist, visualizer, concept and comic Artist with Dark Horse, Image, Soleil, Marvel, Steve Jackson Games, Fantasy Flight Games, Glenat, Green Ronin Publishing and many more. His job encompasses several kind of games: RPGs, tabletop, card games and others. You can easily find many of his works in Deviantart, Tumblr and other places.
Andrea Cortese and Roberto Scandola, from Studioscandola, a design and illustration studio: the big artistic map of the Island of Moaning Voices will be created by these two talented illustrators!
Jacopo Schiavo: Illustrator residing in Padua, he has always been passionate about figurative art and comics. The passion for fantasy and sci-fi illustration lead him to know over the years the vast world of RPGs and boardgames. In 2016 he graduated from the International School of Comics, taking the freelance illustration career. Jacopo drew a lot of the internal art of The Tomb (gnoll, efreeti and other monster) and, also, the beautiful cover of the Island of Moaning Voices!
Chiara Piantanida (ShariKia): ShariKia is an illustrator in the graphic field since years ago. She drew since she can remember, but the actual journey as illustrator has started with the passion for mangas, and widened afterwards. In addition to illustrating, she's a cosplayer, writer and enthusiast gamer. She drew the beautiful cover of The Tomb and also the wonderful DM Screen for Island of Moaning Voices and other art too.
Recently we even published a completely new and highly praised work, The Tomb!

This is our first Kickstarter but not at all the first RPG work of Entire Party Killed!
We all are players and DMs and we make for a close-knit team with a lot of experience in writing adventures. We of EPiK Team published conversions and adaptations of old modules to 5th Edition in our RPG blog and we had thousands of readers and downloads. Recently we even published a completely new work, The Tomb, highly praised for quality and inventiveness.
We organize both local and national roleplay events, which summoned thousands of players in Padova (Italy) and we were in charge of the editing and playtesting of adventures for roleplay tournaments.
If you have doubts about the language, we are not English mother tongue speakers ourselves but we have in-house experience as translators and we will have an external collaborator, mother tongue speaker, checking the final text.
Some of us also worked for a long time in the publishing industry, graphic design and printing so we know what we are doing! The only unknown quantity is the precise time for the delivery, since it depends on the completed stretch goals and the number of pledgers. We hope to deliver the books in October 2017 but we will send the PDFs as soon as possible.
