About this project

As a fan of all things Megaman, I find it disappointing that the blue bomber has in a sense, died over the past few years. And while the classic Megaman series was revived in the form of Mighty No. 9, there is no revival of the other beloved series such as Battle Network, X and Zero. My personal favorite Megaman series was Battle Network, the idea behind the concept of NetNavis and the internet being a world that could be interacted with. So I came up with the idea for Project C.A.I.N. It follows Grayson, a young man who discovers a fully self-aware AI program named A.R.I. A.R.I is an "Avatar," a program that is capable of sentience, decision-making and altering the programming of a computer system. However, after Grayson Discovers A.R.I., other Avatars begin to appear and cause disasters across the world. Grayson and A.R.I. battle against these Avatars and discover secrets of a project, codenamed: Project C.A.I.N. This game will feature elements from other Megaman games that were popular with fans and will also feature gameplay elements and character designs similar to those from various Megaman series, to give old fans a sense of nostalgia when playing this game. We will also feature new gameplay elements to make this game feel fresh and new. Right now, we are working with a small team and are looking for funds for the equipment we need to get this project afloat, we will post more updates on this project and beta tests once this campaign is over. To anyone who is unable to donate, but would like to contribute to this project regardless, please share this with those who you might believe can and on your social media platforms. Thank you for any support you can give and we look forward to completing this project together!
Risks and challenges
The risks and challenges that come with this project are that if our project does not receive enough attention, if we do not receive the proper funds or if we do not find enough people that will be able to dedicate themselves to this project. Otherwise, our aspirations are not too high, and we are merely trying to raise funds to get the proper resources our current team needs to start working.
