I believe our biggest problem right now is not a tactical or player-specific one, but an issue of mentality. It's an ironic problem of being so spoiled for chances that we become complacent and don't take our chances. The players have this mentality - "if I miss this chance no biggie, someone will create another and we will win". We end up lacking that killer instinct to finish games off due to this complacency.

Mourinho needs to drill in the players' heads that they must finish, finish and finish. Forget about everything else, so whatever it takes to score.
