While thinking what could be wrong with 'me' and how people claim TRP has changed their life so much that they got laid, etc by the knowledge, I had the following idea in my mind:
TRP is like a duct tape, if you can't fix something with duct tape, you aren't using enough duct tape.
Same goes with what we discuss here, lift , read the sidebar and apply them IRL. If you think these aren't having an impact on you, you're probably not following the advice/lifestyle advised here with enough intensity.
