You tend to get in what you put out. If you lift like a bitch twice a week you will notice small changes. If you lift heavy five times a week you will notice big changes. If you pick up a new hobby and do it one hour a month you will slowly improve. If you do it one hour a day you will quickly improve. If you cold approach average women once a week you will slowly reduce your approach anxiety. If you cold approach the best women all day every day you will develop a thick skin faster.

If all this was just bullshit there wouldn't be so many people here who find success in it. The most important thing is to drop your ego and realize that if the person you were before was good enough, you'd be happy and not on TRP to begin with.

Not true I lift heavy twice a week and I got gainz but I'm too busy to be lifting more than twice a week.
