Such a scenario would theoretically be possible if the ad on speedtest came from an affiliate which had obtained a discount code and embedded it in their link.

However if you have already visited the main store then most likely you have a cookie which would invalidate the affiliates claim to have brought a new customer.

A scenario that could work is that the official store has tagged you as someone that has expressed an interest in a specific product not completed the purchase (I find it odd that you bought both times) and that you have now been tagged as a candidate for re-marketing/re-targeting (See Adroll for example).

Therefore when you visit a site which carries advertising from the [Adroll] network, it looks for products which you almost bought from [Adroll] clients and re-offers this product to you repeatedly for [x] days/weeks [with / without a discount].

I would have expected that the URL would have been different though when you arrived at the main site via the remarketing link however I cannot rule out that they manage the discounted price shown through the referencing the cookie/source-link.

Either way I hope your purchase of Mikhi 22 turns out to be an inspired choice and that his performances inspire millions more fans to follow your lead.
