I don't know about anyone else but I'd love to see Carricks stats tonight. Calm, quiet and professional.

First half, Carrick and Blind were frequently changing positions. Carrick coming back in at CB sometimes, Blind being allowed to run to CDM and distribute the ball.

That is perfect imo as it allows for Blind's passing to be utilised whilst providing defensive cover.

What do you guys think?

Pogba was amazing today, carrick is so essential for our build up also. Those two are a great partnership

I can deal with all nonsense that other fans throw our way regarding our performances, Pogba and Ibra's performances. What pisses me off is how some fans rate Carrick as average. Just watching Carrick, is like an orchestra. So fluid and calm. Direct and smart. Truly sucks he is almost at the end of his career.

they were how you would expect, with the minor dodgy moment from Pogba being over cocky. But tonight should be seen as a average performance based on their ability and not a wow performance tbh

You mean the only mistake he made in a near perfect game?

You take the good and the bad with Pogba, and to lock onto that bad play after that performance is just sad to me.

There was plenty of other flaws that could be picked on, especially his movement when he doesn't have the ball but tonight he did do well for the most part.

Like? He was everywhere in the first half.

He tailed off in the second, but he had a world class performance.
