I think most of us would want to see /r/The_Donald shut down, for all manner of reasons. And I have learnt that the only reason that Reddit admins will close subreddits is if said subreddit's existence is a great embarrassment to the site - specifically, if it is covered and attacked in the media.

This borne in mind, and considering the excellent NYT article that likely led to the shut down of /r/pizzagate, has anyone here tried sending in Op-Ed submissions to the NYT about /r/The_Donald?

I understand the chance of it working is, well, low, but it might help?
