Let's remember that Clinton was supposedly "crooked" because she simply had MEETINGS with people who gave to her foundation BEFORE she was SoS. How many meetings will Trump have with foreign leaders who would be ACTIVELY enriching his holdings in their countries? (self.EnoughTrumpSpam)

There are two possiblities:

  1. Ryans Tea Party Congress will get their reactionary Supreme Court pick, tax cuts, regulatory agencies gutted and military spending expanded before they impeach Trump or:
  2. Congress will grant him blanket "consent" (see below) to continue running a "for-profit" administration. This would probably require more major concessions from Trump to Congress.

The Emoluments Clause says that “no person holding any office of profit or trust” shall “accept of any present, emolument, office or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince or foreign state” unless Congress consents.
