Permit me to challenge your assumptions here. This comic displays 3 racial groups. It displays whites, blacks, and jews. In my opinion, the comic is trying to make all three look bad. It portrays the blacks as having a less sophisticated manner. It portrays the Jew as being a deliberate saboteur against the group of whites. It portrays the whites as being naive enough to allow their aspirations to have been derailed and ignored.

I think it also highlights some of the potential dangers of different races and cultures intermingling that might otherwise not. Each of these people has affected the other, some for the better and some for the worse.
