Well, the laws only apply to the plebeians.

If Hillary walks, it sets the precedent that there is a two track justice system.

One for normal Americans. One for wealthy Americans.

We've known this exists for a long time. The difference here being the literal mountain of evidence in the public domain. There is so much damning information against HRC that to not prosecute her undermines the entire system. Prosecutors, lawyers, judges will be hearing the Hillary defense from here on out.

Furthermore, it undermines Trump. He said she would be going to jail if elected. Millions of Americans voted for him for that reason alone. If he is to earn the trust of the American people, then he needs to follow through.

[–]Not_a_doctor_6969 4ポイント5ポイント  (0子コメント)

Sets the precedent? I believe most people already see that we have 2 justice systems.

If you want to know more about the legal precedent related to Hillary's case and you want to know if the rules were applied differently for Hillary, I'd highly recommend reading this article.

My hope is that this is just related to the server. Not pressing charges over her server, at this point, has strong optics in his favor; once, however, they prove that 5 different nations accessed the server and it held SAP on it, that's when he'd better fucking man up.

Also, this announcement has nothing to do with the CF or with pizzagate. If those revelations become mainstream, I would imagine something happens.

that's when he'd better fucking man up.

and if he doesn't?

Trump could start the ball rolling to take out the CF with a few tweets... but don't hold your breath.

[–]in_the_airoplane 1ポイント2ポイント  (0子コメント)

Right?

If ever I engage in unlawful behavior I sure hope the outcome of my case will be "whether the defendant has had enough of this investigation."

So she undermined country's security, stole lots of money, caused the death of thousands. No problem. Off you go...

Off you go to join the Bushes and the Cheneys of the world.

It's just absolute power at work. Absolutely corrupted.

Hey, she didn't win the Presidency, she suffered enough.

Speaking of which, I too did not win the Presidency. What crimes does that entitle me to commit, Scot free?

You're right. It's privilege not equality. You're only entitled to the scot free option when you've got hundreds of millions in the bank and your rich friends on both sides of the aisle got your back.

[–]Rezm 15

You believed he would actually do something ? He clearly was pandering .

It could be that he wants to do something but somebody with more power than him has stopped him, or it could be that he's biding his time until his position as president is official. It's hard to say at this point. Even presidents aren't safe from manipulation and assassination, though.

I believe that Trump is self-important and arrogant. So he will attempt to do what he said. But if he attempts to do even a fraction of what he was belaboring about, they will JFK him.

Reagan also attempted to do what he said and they did try to kill him, so he gave it up.

Who is this "they" you speak of?

This time's gonna be different! If there was ever one American to shake up the power structure we all knew it would be Donald Trump.

Trump is smart, he needs to lay low before Jan 20. With Wikileak's likely being compromised, the DNC / elites can easily produce and publish fake leaks via Wikileaks and MSM which may cause more public unrest and threaten Trump's presidency. Right now is not the time for Trump to play tough ball, not until Jan 20.

His Clinton flip flop is not laying low. If his base turns on him...

Do you understand why he's doing this? If he did anything now, more than likely Obama would pardon her anyway, to save his own ass. Also he is letting the people he is hiring do the job after inauguration so he can worry about the many other things that need attention being president.

He's prolly just waiting till he's in office to start with her, and I'm sure this is what she thinks and is already preparing a contingency for when she no longer has obama to protect her.

We'll just have to wait and see, personally though, I feel she'll slip away like usual.

Is it really his decision?

Yes it is infact not up to him anyway, i dont like this move but maybe hes gotta play ball to a certain level.

Fyi, The President never presses charges on anyone. That would be the DOJ

until he is actually President, you can't know what his true intentions are

I'm banking on this. Stirring up hellfire now would just get everyone pardoned. Wait until late January to see what happens, and let's get angry then.

Look at who he is appointing. You don't need to wait.

who he says he is appointing.

Look at who he is hanging out with while he's deciding. They're not good people.

know your enemy.

wake tf up. Denial. Denial J Stumped.... good lord

again. until he is President, and actually does the things you are saying, this is nothing but speculation.

[–]LingLing_NorthKorea 1ポイント2ポイント  (0子コメント)

I really hope this is the case. If it isn't...well shit. We still dodged a bullet from the power hungry Clintons.

They smoke pot?

That would be nice. Just the opposite. Jeff Sessions loves the DEA.

Oh man, really? So what will you say if, when he does become President, he still does nothing? I'm genuinely curious..

that he is like every other President before him who made empty promises. that the President is a figurehead. the CEO of The America Corporation.

I'm trying to believe the smart play bull shit but I can't. He's a sell out.

[–]New_Banana_Republic 1ポイント2ポイント  (1子コメント)

The MSM has been lying about Trump. What makes you think any of this is true?

Uhhh this came from Trump's own mouth?

[–]Shithouse_Lumberjack 32ポイント33ポイント  (9子コメント)

LOLOLOL at the fucking inexpressible shock all you trump fanboys must be feeling right now.

"TRUMP....LIED TO US? B-B-B-BUT HES A STRAIGHT SHOOTER....BIGLY..."

This sub went to shit when the alt right took over several months ago, but I'll stay subscribed just to see the fucking textbook displays of cognitive dissonance unfold.

At least the msnbc left has taken the time to make safe spaces for them to cry in!

Trump just got his first lesson of compromise in politics. When you are faced with threats from the elites, with the cards that they have, including wikileaks, there is not much you can do as a president-elect before Jan 20.

Trump is on his knees putting in the work to become an elite. Catch his AIPAC speech? He's not beating, he's joining.

Tech companies such as Google who used to have the "Don't be evil" motto eventually bent over in early 2010's to the government / elites, who probably threatened / coaxed them into acquiescence. The world is messed up at the top, and once you get there morality and justice becomes relative.

What are you so excited about? It doesn't change the fact that there's an alarmingly large pile of evidence that suggests Clinton and friends spend their weekends bathing in children's blood. I kinda wish it was just some alt-right sick fantasy propaganda. Unfortunately, the odds are in favor of the conspiracy in this case, which is horrifying to say the least.

Slow down, dude.

Just because Trump himself isn't going to initiate any charges doesn't mean, by any stretch of the imagination, that the Clintons are free and clear.

[–]m3mb3r5h1p_r3v0k3d -2ポイント-1ポイント  (2子コメント)

Yuck it up. This story is bs. Your voodoo priestess is going down. FBI can no longer deny the facts once Joe Blow knows them as well. It's not Trump's call anymore and he knows it. You should too.

All politicians lie it's there job. Trump is no different. If the antiTrump protesters really cared their signs would have podesta's name on them. But no, they would rather rally behind a now known pedophile. Think about it.

Holy deflection, Batman!

oh man, now hes a politician, and not your outsider savior? Whew lad

It works to the president elects advantage to play nice in the sand box until Jan 20th 2016. ;)

He could have just said nothing. This is a flip flop.

Why would he push hard now? It makes no sense and would only fuel a potential presidential pardon.

Smart play. Get the SJWs warming up to him so he can keep the ship running status quo while the rest of us browse this sub and yell at our monitors.

Moments ago MSNBC's Morning Joe reported, citing a source, that president-elect Donald Trump will not pursue any investigations into his former political rival Hillary Clinton

What source?

Kellyanne Conway confirmed this on a news interview...

Did you see the movie Scarface when Tony says to Frank: "I'm not gonna keel you..... ", then he turns to Manny and says: "Keel this cockaroacha......".

Trump doesn't need to do anything except appoint Trey Gowdy to the AG position.

reserving judgement until january, whatever happens at least the witch didn't win it

Welp... there's the first lie from donald. Wonder how many others he told just to get into office? "Make America great again" was probably another one that he'll back down on.

Trump works for the Zionist Occupation Government. People have been explaining this for a year. My only surprise is that he's publically flip flopping so soon.

Well Obama did say they, Trump included, we're "all on the same team."

Excited to see how the Trumpers try and shift the blame.

"They said they'd kill Ivanka if he prosecuted Hillary!"

Wake the fuck up. Trump is friends with the Clintons. There was only one side in the election. Change will never come from the top and there will never be an honest candidate.

Only solution is total rejection of the system. Good first step would be for the entire country to repudiate their credit card debts.

Two sides of the same coin. It was expected. Why doesn't the Trumpster suck her dick while he's down there, also?

HE could be and I hope he is just saying that because he is not sworn in yet. But once he does he should just go "GOT YEAH BITCH" and then pull a drawstring that open a trap door and Clinton just ends up in a cell to rot.

The logic is, he can't afford to pick ANY fights for the moment. The less threatening he is to all the established, the less out spoken rejection of his Presidency.

It's a tactic so that Obama won't pardon her.

These are the things you say until Obama is out of office. Then you recant and throw her in prison.

As long as he is still going to take down the CF I guess I can live with that. It is likely her remaining years will be a sort of living hell.

We don't need to inflame the left any more than is necessary. It serves no purpose.

I wonder what kind of processes went through your head to allow you to not have to recognize the fact that he lied to you. It's like this strange mix of denial and cognitive dissonance..

He had to beat Hillary. It's a small price to pay for avoiding another world war.

Wait... So you are okay with being lied to?

What the fuck is wrong with some of you people.

Yes I want justice, but if Hillary has Vascular Dementia she is a ticking time bomb. Her mind is already broken, she has nothing but misery left. She will be dead before Trump's term is up...and it will be a very bad way to go. I see that as Karma catching up with her, and that is enough. We beat her. Her/their Illuminati agenda stopped. That's a win in my book. Not the win I wanted but I'll take it.

If we take down the Clinton Foundation then I think I am all good.

Im not defending Hillary Im pointing out the hypocrisy a lot of users are showing by saying "Trump lied to us for the better good!"

Youve all been tricked and have the cognitive dissonance to say its good for us.

Dude get off your high horse, people weren't "tricked" into voting for trump, they just picked their poison. Even I voted third party, despite everyone knowing third party candidates didn't stand a chance. If you really want to go there, you might as well claim every american has been tricked in every election.

Again as if that is somehow better?

they just picked their poison

That would be like ordering a whiskey at a bar and they give you vodka. The things I was told I would be getting are not what I got.

The mental gymnastics you guys have to go through to not admit Trump is fucking you over is insane.

But please tell me more about how him back pedaling on most of his running points is good for us

Could you be any more condescending? It seems like you entirely missed my last point. They are ALL fucking us over, people just chose someone they believed was going to fuck them over the least. And yes, it is better, someone supporting trump for those reasons (pragmatic, I have to vote for SOMEONE who will hurt the least) as opposed to ideological/ignorance (trump will fix everything). Besides, for every single "trump supporter" who blindly believes him and follows him, there are probably 2 blind supporters of hillary, or any other candidate. If you want to discuss the frustrating reality of human ignorance, that is a different discussion, but to say "we've all been tricked" is quite disingenuous.

Try to spin harder.

Why is it so hard for you to say "Trump misrepresented himself and fucked us"

If you think any "illuminati" or "NWO" agenda stopped because Hillary wasn't elected you are sorely mistaken. Hillary is just a pawn in the global agenda, she is by no means the master of that agenda. On his election Trump has become just another pawn. How is that not clear to you? He's gone back on his main campaign promises to kick out the croney capitalists, corrupt lobbyists and wall street types. Have you seen who he's thinking of appointing to his cabinet positions?!? Lobbyists, former wall streeters, establishment republicans. You got hosed.

People who are saying Trump lied and fooled everyone are just as naive as they think you are. The way he could guarantee for CERTAIN that Hillary wouldn't be prosecuted is by saying he would be pursuing and investigation. It would become politicized and criticized and Obama would pardon her.

The President is not supposed to direct the FBI on investigations. We all rightfully criticize Obama for politicizing the Justice Department and now people want Trump to do the same thing??

It is up to the FBI to make the decision on whether call a grand jury. If they do, which I think they might with Sessions and not Lynch at the helm of the DOJ, it will be MORE valid due to Trump making this statement now because it will remove the politicization aspect and he will be able to say "I don't tell the FBI who to prosecute, they came to this decision and I respect their decision."

Not saying it's definitely going to happen, but for those who want to see HRC and others connected with the Clinton Foundation prosecuted and brought down, this is the correct move at this point in the game.
