Thoughts on Fabinho? (self.reddevils)

I've been watching Monaco quite alot recently and Fabinho always plays really well in his new DM position. Since we were linked to him anyway i just wanted to know what your think about him as a potential target?

Don't know if he could take our dm spot, but would have him at rb.

I think he would be a very exciting choice for a new long-term CDM. Every time he has been linked with us in the past few months it has been with the RB position in mind, but he has played in midfield for most of the season with Sidibe playing in RB.

I honestly believe he could be our Kanté, covering a very large area of the pitch winning balls and spraying passes. Whether he's available or not is another question, though.
