After feeling like absolute garbage after the election, I'm finally starting to feel better about the world. My wife and I resolved that it wasn't enough to just complain about Trump's victory - we needed to do something to try to offset the damage I have full faith that he is going to bring about.
With that in mind, my wife and I have set up recurring monthly donations to a local food bank, the NAACP, Planned Parenthood and the ACLU. We've also volunteered on both weekends since the election to plant trees at local parks (I think our combined total trees over two weeks is 57) and we start at the food bank in 2 weeks.
Trump is a bad man who will be bad for America, but I'm not going to roll over as he ruins my homeland.
What are you doing to keep America a good place to live, in spite of The Dipshit that will soon be taking over the White House?
